Cebenn Limited is a family owned and managed company which was created to manage our property portfolio and as a vessels for our investments. It is managed and run by Andrew and Elaine Spooner.
Cebenn does not manage the rental properties on a day to day basis. Instead, our rental properties are managed by GoodArces Residential who are a modern and forward thinking local estate agent based in Bedford.
